Full payment is reqiured to secure your place in the queue. Work will not be started until the payment is received.
All commissioned artwork is PERSONAL USE ONLY
Do not re-upload the artwork without credit, credit to the artist is mandatory
Do not resell any of the artwork or use them for any type of profit, merchandise, NFT, AI, or gain.
Do not edit, alter or change the artwork for any AI, NFT or gain. Altering for personal use is alright.
I, as the artist, have the rights to decline a commission request if it does not fall within my skill range or for any other reason(s).
I, as the artist, can't and won't give the source files or 'progress/update screenshots' under any circumstances to prevent art thieves, minor/major editing/altering/modifying/changing on art, and any other reasons.
I, as the artist, will not trace or copy another artist or streamer's style. You may send artist images as reference, but the final product will be in my art style.
I, as the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned work.
By commissioning me you agree to the Terms Of Service
Payment Agreement
No haggling.
No charge backs.
Accepted forms of payment are: PayPal.
Payment is paid in full up front; payment plans or split payments are not accepted.
If you (the client) cancels the commission before it has been worked on and you have not received the commission yet you will receive a full refund (you will not receive the drawing). If you have already received the drawing, or the commission is currently being worked on, this refund process is not a valid option for you (the client).
If for any reason I, the artist, cannot complete your commission request, you will recieve a full refund.
Up to 1 major revision & 3 minor revisions for free, any extra revisions will have a fee of $5 USD.
